In his new role, McCown will expand his portfolio to lead Insuritas’ national contact center operation, developing and implementing the company’s strategy across all customer-facing functions.

McCown joined Insuritas as its Director of Customer Success and Operations in early 2021 from TD Bank, the 10^th largest bank in the US, where he served as a key part of the US Contact Center leadership team. His impact on the performance of Insuritas’ national network of financial institution-owned agencies has contributed immensely to a banner year for Insuritas in 2021, and has prepared the company well to accelerate its growth in 2022.
